I\u2019d like to draw your attention to a scam text message that people all over the UK are receiving about a Parking Ticket. It does not say which Local Authority has issued the notice \u2013 just \u2018a local council\u2019. Wales Penalty Processing Partnership are inundated with calls about it. The link in the text takes you to a fake .gov site which is probably then phishing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please advise people that receive this message to report to Action Fraud – 0300 123 2040<\/p>\n\n\n\n
