2pm on:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mondays in Lampeter<\/strong> &#8211; Emmaus Christian Fellowship, 78 Bridge Street SA48 7AB<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tuesdays in Aberystwyth<\/strong> &#8211; Aberystwyth Football Club, Park Avenue SY23 1PG \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wednesdays in Cardigan<\/strong> &#8211; St. Mary\u2019s Old School Hall (Kinora), Pont-y-Cleifion SA43 1DW<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Telephone &amp; digital advice services<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are delighted to announce an increase in our telephone hours, as well as the continuation of our email, text, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>With effect from Monday 13 April:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our <strong>local Telephone Advice Line<\/strong> &#8211; 01238 621974 | 01970 612817 &#8211; will be open every day, Monday to Friday, from 9 &#8211; 11am. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our <strong>digital services<\/strong> &#8211; <a href=\"mailto:ask@cabceredigion.org\">ask@cabceredigion.org<\/a> and 07971 802 060 for text &amp;
