Rydym yn rhagweld y bydd llythyrau\/e-byst yn cael eu hanfon allan ddechrau mis Gorffennaf. Felly, gofynnwch i&#8217;ch defnyddwyr gwasanaeth edrych allan am y llythyr neu&#8217;r e-bost gan Wasanaeth Refeniw a Budd-daliadau Cyngor Sir Ceredigion. Bydd hyn yn dweud wrthynt beth sydd angen iddyn nhw ei wneud nesaf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I fod yn gymwys ar gyfer y cynllun, rhaid i unigolion:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Defnyddio olew gwresogi neu LPG fel eu prif ffynhonnell gwresogi a\/neu dd\u0175r poeth; ac<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Derbyn cymorth drwy&#8217;r Cynllun Gostyngiadau&#8217;r Dreth Gyngor rhwng 1 Ebrill 2026 a 31 Gorffennaf 2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Os nad ydynt wedi derbyn llythyr<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os nad yw unigolyn wedi derbyn llythyr neu e-bost <strong>erbyn 31 Gorffennaf<\/strong> a&#8217;i fod yn gymwys i gael cymorth, anogwch nhw i gysylltu a Clic ar 01545 570881 neu e-bostio <a href=\"mailto:clic@ceredigion.gov.uk\">clic@ceredigion.gov.uk<\/a>, gan ddyfynnu eu rhif cyfeirnod Treth Gyngor. Mae gennym tan 30 Medi i wneud y taliadau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A allai rhywun fod yn colli allan ar Gostyngiad Treth Gyngor?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae&#8217;r Cynllun Cymorth Tanwydd Gwresogi Oddi ar y Grid yn gysylltiedig \u00e2 Chynllun Gostyngiadau&#8217;r Dreth y Cyngor. Os ydych chi&#8217;n gweithio gyda thrigolion ar incwm isel ac yn meddwl y gallent fod gymwys i Ostyngiad Treth y Cyngor, ond nad ydyn yn ei derbyn ar hyn o bryd, anogwch nhw i gysylltu \u00e2 Chyngor Sir Ceredigion am gyngor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maent hefyd yn gallu defnyddio <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceredigion.gov.uk\/preswyliwr\/budd-daliadau\/\">Cyfrifiannell Hawl<\/a> Cyngor Ceredigion i amcangyfrif eu hawl i Fudd-dal Tai a Gostyngiad Treth y Cyngor yn gyflym yn seiliedig ar eu hamgylchiadau unigol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gallant hefyd ein ffonio ar 01545 570881 neu lenwi ffurflen ar-lein: <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.ceredigion.gov.uk\/ebase\/ENQUIRY.eb?ebd=0&amp;ebz=2_1782978822004\">Treth y Cyngor &#8211; Cais am Ostyngiad<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diolch am eich cymorth,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cofion cynnes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Good morning,<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019d like to raise awareness of the Off-Grid Heating Fuel Support Scheme which Ceredigion County Council is administering the on behalf of the Welsh Government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Individuals who are eligible will receive <strong>a letter or email<\/strong> inviting them to apply. We anticipate that letters\/emails will be sent out at the beginning of July. Therefore, please ask your service users to look out for the letter or email from the Ceredigion County Council Revenues and Benefits Team. This will tell them what they need to do next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To be eligible for the scheme, individuals must:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use heating oil or LPG as their main source of heating and\/or hot water; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive support through the Council Tax Reduction Scheme between 1 April 2026 and 31 July 2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If they have not received a letter<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If an individual has not received a letter or email <strong>by 31<sup>st<\/sup> July<\/strong> and are eligible for support encourage them to contact the Council on 01545 570881 or email <a href=\"mailto:clic@ceredigion.gov.uk\">clic@ceredigion.gov.uk<\/a>, quoting their Council Tax reference number. We have until 30<sup>th<\/sup> September to make the payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Could someone be missing out on Council Tax Reduction?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Off-Grid Heating Fuel Support Scheme is linked to the Council Tax Reduction Scheme.
