The Committee responsible for scrutinising the First Minister for Wales, Carwyn Jones AM, will be meeting in Aberystwyth to discuss the current state of the tourism industry in Wales and the Welsh Government’s approach to supporting and developing it, in particular:

  • The support available to small tourism businesses under the Welsh Government's Economic Action Plan
  • The potential impact of Brexit on tourism;
  • The Welsh Government's tourism strategy 'Partnership for Growth', including the 'thematic years' approach and the latest tourism performance statistics;
