Scam Warning
I’d like to draw your attention to a scam text message that people all over the UK are receiving about a Parking Ticket. It does not say which Local Authority has issued the notice – just ‘a local council’. Wales Penalty Processing Partnership are inundated with calls about it. The link in the text takes you to a fake .gov site which is probably then phishing.
Please advise people that receive this message to report to Action Fraud – 0300 123 2040
